WHAT EXACTLY IS HOT YOGA?

I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE. IS THIS FOR ME?

Hot yoga is not for everyone, so there are a couple things to consider first. As a beginner, you may find the heat overwhelming. If you would rather try a non-heated yoga class first, you can do that through our sister studio, Rebel Studio located in the Prestwick area of Avon. You can visit their site www.rebelfitstudio.com

A session is considered "Hot" when it has a consistent temperature ranging from 82* to 100* F. Our classes will typically be between 85*- 90*F.  Keep in mind the heat is not for everyone! If you suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure, or frequent head aches, this is probably not best for you. Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.

CAN I TRY A CLASS?

We are a members only studio, so we don't do single drop-in classes, but there is a trial membership that lets you try 4 days before you sign up! Jump over to the home page to grab your trial pass!

CAN MY CHILD TAKE CLASSES?

The simple answer- No. Our minimum age for membership is 18. We will allow 16-17 year old children to attend class, but there are special requirements. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Please contact us at 317-386-8045 for more information. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Every attendee is required to bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle! A beach towel works just fine! You are also welcome to bring a hand/sweat towel.  If you do not have a mat or towel, we sell them at the studio so they will be available for you. You will not be allowed to participate without them. 

CAN I DO A PRIVATE CLASS?
